As a lawyer, I specialize in employment and civil servants law. I act as a sparring partner and questionnaire for small and large employers for (legal) issues concerning their personnel. From drafting an employment contract to the termination thereof as well as everything that can happen in between. Thanks to my extensive experience, I am able oversee the playing field and directly get to the heart of the matter. I am also regularly "on the other side of the playing field" and assist managers and (statutory) directors in conflicts with their employers. As a lawyer, I am committed and involved with my clients and look beyond the legal issues at hand. Giving advice that really helps a client to move forward is what I stand for. I am open and clear in my approach. Personal contact with my clients is also very important to me. This not only makes working together more fun, but also leads to better results. Femke has successfully completed the Grotius Employment Law specialist course. She is also a member of the national association for employment lawyers (VAAN) and the northern association for employment lawyers (VNAA).
