I am a creative and strategic thinker with an enormous drive to create an environment that encourages people to get the best out of themselves. I love working in a team, always with a common goal in mind, to work strongly in terms of content, monitor continuity and with a sharp eye for detail to optimize the process.

With her many years of experience in the legal profession, which Marcella knows inside out as well as her specialist knowledge in the field of insolvency, Marcella is a senior professional and coordinator in our insolvency team. This role fits her like a glove.

Marcella has an inspiring background with the combination of business administration, process optimization and visibility. At the CPO, Marcella followed the Basic Course in Bankruptcy Law, Creditors, Irregularity Investigation, the Standard Financial Report, followed a module in business administration, did marketing training and graduated from the master's program Clothing as a Language.

In addition, she is a mentor to young professionals through the Mentor Project Friesland Foundation. Marcella is also a member of the jury of Kunstbende Assen, she is a member of the Commercial Club Leeuwarden, part of the DeHet working group, Leeuwarder Ondernemersprijs and she chaired various committees at the Rotary.
