To address the issues head on take matters in my own hand, characterizes my work. As a down-to-earth Drent, I am not easily impressed and like to go straight to the point. I strive for clear and concise (legal) advice.
I am very involved and like to be informed of all processes. Short lines and close cooperation are my priority. This can prevent conflicts.
Once the point of prevention is passed, I stand for a pragmatic and goal-oriented approach. I know how to quickly get to the core of a particular issue and will look for the highest achievable result for the client. I like to let go of my creativity. I strive for an amicable solution, but I also do not shy away from confrontation if necessary. I go through fire for my clients.
I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and would describe myself as a real people person. That is why employment law suits me. In addition to its dynamic character, I like the mix between the business and human aspect of it the most.
