Sander Vos

Sander has been practicing as an attorney and trustee since 2007. As an attorney, he has extensive experience in real estate and contract law. This includes drafting and reviewing contracts, entering into and settling financings, and establishing and enforcing securities such as guarantees, pledge and mortgage rights. Sander also continuously assists shareholders in starting up and unbundling partnerships and advises on restructurings and acquisitions.

After his law studies at the University of Groningen, Sander attended various courses, including the Insolvency Law course (RuG), the INSOLAD Insolvency Law specialization course (Grotius Academy) and the Financial Economics specialization course for Insolvency Lawyers (Erasmus Academy). Sander is a member of the Dutch Round Table (RT3) and the Association of Insolvency Lawyers (INSOLAD). Sander is a partner at Yspeert.
