I get a lot of energy from dwelling on (legal) problems and finding the most appropriate solutions for the specific case. In my opinion, in order to do this properly, it is important to enter into a dialogue with the client and to listen carefully. What benefits my client and what is the best result for him or her.I am always looking for alternative solutions.

I mainly deal with real estate law and tenancy law and advise both companies and private individuals. I prefer a pragmatic solution if there is an opening for it. If this station is passed, I will go to great lengths to get the maximum result for my client.

Martijn completed his bachelor's degree in law and master's degree in private law at Utrecht University. After his studies, he followed a masterclass in Construction Law and did an internship at a large construction company. Before moving to Yspeert, Martijn worked for several years as a lawyer for a legal assistance insurer in the field of real estate law.
