With a broad legal background, I am always driven by the person behind the legal problem. Whether it's an entrepreneur with ambitious growth plans or a director with complex legal issues, I want to understand what's really going on. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, I gained insight into the dynamics of business from an early age, which helps me to understand, advise, and support clients effectively.
Thanks to my previous roles as a corporate lawyer in the healthcare sector and as a legal consultant at an international accounting firm, I have experience with both internal legal processes and service provision. I therefore know better than anyone when you can add value for your client.
Marloes van de Kamp completed her master's degree in Private Law, with additional courses in corporate law, at the University of Groningen. Thanks to her experience as a corporate lawyer and consultant, she has a broad view of legal issues within the business world. Marloes is skilled at connecting the legal content with the person behind the problem. She has been with Yspeert since 2025.
