‘I like solving complicated legal issues’
As a native of Emmen, I feel at home in this region. After my studies, I returned and have been work-ing in this area for many years now. Over the years, I have built up a network in and been actively involved with the northern Netherlands.
As a lawyer, I love solving complex legal issues, but most of all, I love coming up with the best solution with a down-to-earth view of the case. For the client, that means clear and practical advice and, where necessary, assistance in a legal dispute. In addition to my work as a lawyer, I act as a curator . This involves taking into account the various interests of the parties involved as much as possible and ultimately arriving at a fair distribution of the funds found. It is precisely the fact that balancing this is not always easy that appeals to me.
