I.H.E. (Isaac) het Lam

“Insolvency practice often involves multiple areas of law, making each case a challenging puzzle in which balancing interests is key.”

Isaac advises and supports clients in insolvency law and corporate law. With an academic background in Dutch law, including specialisations in corporate law and private law, he brings a broad legal foundation that he effectively applies in complex cases. Isaac is known for his sharp analytical skills. This enables him to grasp the essence of the story and thus make connections between the various legal aspects.
His experience within the Legal Consultation Hour has taught him to explain legal issues clearly and to carefully guide clients through their options. Isaac is known for his pragmatic and structured approach. For him, commitment is at the heart of good legal work: by communicating clearly, managing expectations and giving realistic advice, he strives for an approach that is both commercially efficient and humanly careful.
Isaac completed a bachelor's degree in Dutch law, followed by a master's degree in Dutch law with a specialisation in both corporate law and private law. During his studies, he also worked as a volunteer legal advisor at Het Juridisch Spreekuur (The Legal Consultation Hour).
