‘Change your perspective and broaden your horizons'

Because we perceive things from our own perspective, we can sometimes unintentionally fall into certain thinking patterns. It is important to observe things from different perspectives. By continuing to approach matters with an open mind, opportunities may also appear from unexpected quarters. By remaining open to different perspectives, we broaden our horizons. An interested and open attitude is characteristic of me as a person and allows me to identify opportunities at an early stage. In my spare time, I enjoy viewing art or coming up with and creating something creative myself. I believe that my creative way of thinking is also very useful in my work.

Because I grew up in an environment with many independent entrepreneurs, I was exposed to the various facets of entrepreneurship at an early age. This also allows me to put myself in the entrepreneur’s shoes. Additionally, having worked as a tax specialist before joining Yspeert, my added value lies not only in legal advice and support but also in offering a fiscal perspective.

Fardau Mol studied Dutch Law and Tax Law at the University of Groningen. She completed the Honours College program at the University of Groningen, as part of which she participated in a summer school in Lisbon. Before joining the legal profession, Fardau worked as a tax specialist at a medium-sized accounting firm. Fardau is a member of the Youth Commercial Club Groningen, in which she is active in the activity division.
